Brand Identity & Logo
SoughtStudios was founded to counter a fashion industry that felt both unaffordable and soulless. Their mission is to redefine style with limited, premium collections that celebrate body inclusivity, sustainable craftsmanship, and elevated style. Our brief was to create a visual identity that captured this unique essence: a mark that could feel both premium yet approachable and modern yet timeless, all while embodying the core value of intentionality.
Our solution is a multifaceted identity that lives up to the brand's slogan, Made to be found. The abstract logomark is a magnified 'S' revealed through negative space, representing the threshold of discovery and the intimate feeling of finding something special. To balance this modern mark, we developed a custom wordmark whose elegant serif structure provides a premium feel. At the same time, the use of all lowercase creates a democratic feel due to the lack of hierarchy between letters, making the brand approachable and inclusive as the brief demanded.
The result is a cohesive and versatile brand identity system where every element works in harmony. The primary colour palette - a sophisticated, earthy blend of stonewash, sage, suede, and terracotta - was chosen to reflect the brand's focus on sustainable craftsmanship and conscious style. Together, the logo suite and colour palette form a confident, inclusive, and modern identity for a brand built not just for fashion, but for a community seeking purpose and connection.
