We partnered with Nazrah, a visionary real estate technology company, to craft a comprehensive brand identity and digital presence that truly captures their unique position in the Saudi Arabian and Bahraini markets. Nazrah's mission is to revolutionise the property search experience by offering an AI-powered platform that provides "Nazrah" – a clear view or perspective – making home buying faster, smarter, and more personalised. The challenge was to create a brand and website that seamlessly blend cutting-edge innovation with a deep respect for local heritage and cultural values, whilst also supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. We delved deep into their ethos, translating their ambitious goals into a tangible and impactful visual language and a user-centric online experience.
The result is a sophisticated and meaningful brand identity, from a distinctive logo system that cleverly incorporates elements of technology, perspective, and regional landmarks, to a carefully curated colour palette and typographic suite that speak of trust, modernity, and inclusivity. This strong brand foundation was then brought to life through the design and development of their intuitive and engaging website, providing the perfect platform for their AI-driven property recommendations and market insights. We developed comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, empowering Nazrah to launch with a confident and cohesive presence, both offline and online.
